柱前衍生高效液相色谱法测定四氢噻唑-2-硫酮-4-羧酸的光学纯度

用苯胺对四氢噻唑-2-硫酮-4-羧酸(TTCA)进行柱前衍生,将其衍生物在手性固定相上拆分,通过二极管阵列紫外检测器和在线旋光检测仪对其衍生物进行检测,建立了一种拆分TTCA消旋体、测定TTCA光学纯度的新方法。以正己烷和乙醇或异丙醇为流动相,在DNB-Leucine手性固定相上对TTCA衍生物进行了拆分,并考察了流动相组成和柱温对其衍生物分离的影响,获得较优分析条件,分离因子大于1.2。非手性试剂苯胺柱前衍生化法测定(R)-TTCA的光学纯度与旋光度方法比较,结果一致,相对偏差小于1.34%。     

Radiation Effects on Concentrated Potassium Hexacyanoferrate(III) Solutions

The neutron irradiated potassium hexacyanoferrate(III) solutions were analyzed for Fe(CN)₆^4?, Fe(CN)₆^3?, and Prussian blue. The retention values (1.1%) were constant throughout the pH and concentration ranges studied, and did not change with the length of irradiation. The complex behavior of the radiochemical yield of the Fe(CN)₆^4? and Prussian blue was attributed to the competition of the various reactions involved in the irradiation.     

MOLECULAR ENGINEERING STUDIES ON NONTHROMBOGENIC BIOMATERIALS——A NOVEL CLASS OF NONTHROMBOGENIC BIOMATERIALS WITH ZWITTERIONIC STRUCTURE OF CARBOXYBETAINES

N,N-dimethyl-N-methacryloyloxyethyl-N-carboxyethyl ammonium (DMMCA) was graft-copolymerized onto the surface of segmented poly(ether urethane) (SPEU) and PE film. The carboxybetaine structure on SPEU and PE film surfaces was confirmed by ATR-FTIR, XPS and water contact angle measurements. Through the experiments with platelet adhesion and protein adhesion assay in vitro, the two materials studied, including poly-DMMCA gel, all show excellent nonthrombogenicity. This confirms once again that the zwitterionic molecular structure on the surfaces of materials is essential for improving their nonthrombogenicity and biocompatibility.     

异构丁醇在四氯化碳、正庚烷、苯和1,2-二氯乙烷中的红外光谱研究

利用FT-IR,测定了四种异构丁醇十四氯化碳、 正庚烷, 苯和1,2-二氯乙烷稀溶液在3800—3000cm~(-1)内的红外吸收光谱。缔合峰与自由羟基峰的面积之比与溶质、溶剂的性质有关,且在极稀溶液区与溶质的质量百分比浓度之间有良好的直线关系。本文又运用1-n(环状)模型对有关体系进行了对比研究。结果表明,丁醇分子支链度的增加以及丁醇分子与苯和1,2-二氯乙烷之间的特殊相互作用,降低了醇分子的缔合能力。稀溶液中,丁醇分子在苯和1,2-二氯乙烷中主要以单体和环状二聚体形式存在,在四氯化碳中以单体和环状三聚体形式存在,而正丁醇分子在正庚烷中主要为单体和环状四聚体,异、仲、特丁醇主要为环状三聚体和单体。     

轻希土硫氰酸盐与2, 3, 11, 12, -四苯基-1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16-六氧-2, 11-十八环二烯配合物的合成及XPS研究

合成了六种轻希土硫氰酸盐与标题不饱和冠醚的新固体配合物,进行了元素分析,摩尔电导率、DTA、UV、IR和XPS等表征.对Ln(NCS)₃·L和Ln(NCS)₃的XPS研究中,得到它们组成原子芯能级电子(Ln3d_5/2,Ols,Nls,S2p)的结合能信息;观察到除Y3d_5/2外Ln3d_5/2(Ln=La、Ce、Pr、Nd、和Sm)的伴峰结构,Ln3d_5/2结合能与原子序数呈线性关系,并推断类似化合物Pm³d_5/2结合能在1035eV附近.     

r,r′-联吡啶桥联Cu,Rh配合物的合成、晶体结构和ESR谱

合成了r,r’-联吡啶为桥的异双核配合物[(H_2O)Cu(dien)(μ-r,r’-bpy)Rh(NH_3)_5](ClO_4)_5·H_2O.研究了单晶结构和ESR谱.晶体属正交晶系,空间群Pbca,晶胞参数:a=14.425(1),b=29.589(2),c=16.893(6)A,Z=8.偏离因子R=0.065.分子中Cu~(2+)和Rh~(3+)分别取五配位的四方锥和六配位的八面体构型,联吡啶桥的2个吡啶面夹角为51°.依据ESR谱计算了3配合物中Cu~(2+)的键参数并讨论了Cu~(2+)的成键性质.     

Synthesis of novel tetracyclic chromenes through carbanion chemistry of 4-methyl coumarins

Various substituents were introduced onto the methyl group in 4-methyl coumarins through lithiation, followed by reactions with a wide range of electrophiles. The presence of an alkoxy group on 6′-phenyl ring was found to be pivotal for the success of this reaction. This procedure provided a convenient synthetic pathway to elaborate the methyl group of 4-methylcoumarins. Application of this methodology was showcased with the synthesis of biologically important novel tetracyclic chromene ring systems (n = 1-3).
